What an amazing experience. Honest, straightforward and incredibly helpful. They don't just sell you a service or a product, they take the time to explain things thoroughly and make sure you're confident in how to take care of your vacuum. I am more than satisfied with the vacuum I purchased from them, I even took it to my friend's house and vacuumed her super plush rug with great success and fun. Now that I think about it I should have taken photos. Perhaps I can update my review in the future with photos.

My housekeeper said it's time to trade in the Oreck or they were going to quit! Well the frayed cord and dusty bag looked like the horse with no name. They were so nice and sold me a really great new one at a great price. No pressure to buy a new one and didn't feel I was upsold. I felt like they really cared and treated me like they would want to be treated. It's rare to find this kind service, in big box stores, they could really care less about you. I highly recommend and will shop here again! Good Folks!
