“The other day I stopped at Inner Beauty MedSpa to try out their new wellness side. I went in for IV hydration therapy, and let me tell you, I’m glad I did. I have been a client at Remedy since July 2024, and I only have wonderful things to say about Remedy, the people there, and the products and services they offer. The atmosphere is beyond great. Start with a consult, and you will immediately feel at ease. Natalie, Jess and Brittany will make sure you feel welcome at the front desk. And Brittany is always available via phone or text to answer questions.

Kristina, PA-C, the owner, is so great. She has been in the industry for a long time, and she knows her stuff. Her energy is contagious. She is also very easy to talk to, compassionate, and helps you make informed decisions. She is always adding new products or services at Remedy to help people look and feel their best.

I’ve also been seeing Kelly, NP since September 2024, and she’s helped me with so many different treatments. Kelly is a skilled-injector, laser queen and an expert when it comes to women’s wellness and hormones, and an all-around wonderful human being.

Angie, the AP esthetician, is AMAZING. Angie does waxing, lash lifts and tints, brows, and the best facials and hydrafacials. Her hands are magic, and while relaxation does not come easy to me, I am actually able to relax when I see her for treatments.

Remedy is definitely the BEST MedSpa in Maple Grove. So many choices available to meet your comfort level and needs. If you want to freshen up your appearance with a facial, go to Remedy. If you want a laser refresh or microneedling, book at Remedy.

While I haven’t seen Mari, RN or Haley, CRNA, for treatments, it’s pretty clear from Instagram and other reviews they are awesome too.

You will find a lot of warmth, laughter, skill and knowledge at Remedy, but you won’t be pressured or feel uncomfortable.“

“I've had 4 massages at Halo and have had a different massage therapist each time and they have all been amazing. Every time I book I just do the soonest available technician and have never been worried because they're all great at their job. After each massage I've had here, the massage therapist has instructed me on different stretches or to take Epsom salt baths afterwards to soothe any soreness and prolong the effects of the massage which surprisingly I haven't had happen at other places I've received massages at. I love the incorporation of holistic practices into the massages like lighting palo santo at the beginning of the massage and that there's a focus placed on healing from the inside as well as the body.

The space is gorgeous, with the comfy couches in the lounge areas, the plants and crystals throughout each room, and the high ceilings and spacious massage rooms. Sometimes the environment can be loud with the creaking floorboards but it's never been an issue for me.

It's also very affordable compared to a lot of other massage studios in the area, I appreciate that there's no tiered pricing and the price you see on the website is what you pay unlike other spas that surprise you at check out.
