“I've had 4 massages at Halo and have had a different massage therapist each time and they have all been amazing. Every time I book I just do the soonest available technician and have never been worried because they're all great at their job. After each massage I've had here, the massage therapist has instructed me on different stretches or to take Epsom salt baths afterwards to soothe any soreness and prolong the effects of the massage which surprisingly I haven't had happen at other places I've received massages at. I love the incorporation of holistic practices into the massages like lighting palo santo at the beginning of the massage and that there's a focus placed on healing from the inside as well as the body.

The space is gorgeous, with the comfy couches in the lounge areas, the plants and crystals throughout each room, and the high ceilings and spacious massage rooms. Sometimes the environment can be loud with the creaking floorboards but it's never been an issue for me.

It's also very affordable compared to a lot of other massage studios in the area, I appreciate that there's no tiered pricing and the price you see on the website is what you pay unlike other spas that surprise you at check out.

“The other day I stopped at Inner Beauty MedSpa to try out their new wellness side. I went in for IV hydration therapy, and let me tell you, I’m glad I did. Hannah and Mari are great, they listen, do their research and provide the best treatment based on your needs. I have been looking to get rid of my spider veins from past 1 year and visited multiple clinics and aestheticians but nothing helped until I visited Mill city. They customized my treatment with every visit and ensured I get results. They were also upfront and advised to see other clinics if I wasn’t satisfied after the first treatment unlike other facilities who will just keep asking you to make follow up appointments just so they can empty your wallets. “Betsy is seriously the BEST. I’ve been to quite a few salons and med spas around the Twin Cities, and nothing has come close to my experience with her. She was very honest with me and didn’t try to push me into getting more services than I needed, which was so refreshing. In the past, I’ve felt like other places were more focused on getting me to spend more and do more than I wanted—but that’s not the case with Betsy at all.

We did a really thorough consultation beforehand, and when I came back for Botox and injectables, she was so gentle and precise. I was honestly blown away by the results—everything looks so natural.
