“The other day I stopped at Inner Beauty MedSpa to try out their new wellness side. I went in for IV hydration therapy, and let me tell you, I’m glad I did. I opted for the recovery package because I’m always golfing or doing landscaping work at home. The IV helped me feel rejuvenated, refreshed, and ready to go the following day! The Clinic is very clean and up to date with its interior. My nurse was Cassidy, she is very nice, down to earth, and makes you feel like she really wants to give you the best care. “Delayne was amazing! She's a gifted massage therapist who listens to her the needs of her client and then makes it happen with her healing hands. I started the day with neck pain and a sore back and left feeling relaxed and pain free. She is delightful to converse with as well. I only wish I lived in Minneapolis so that I could become a regular client.“

“I've had 4 massages at Halo and have had a different massage therapist each time and they have all been amazing. Every time I book I just do the soonest available technician and have never been worried because they're all great at their job. After each massage I've had here, the massage therapist has instructed me on different stretches or to take Epsom salt baths afterwards to soothe any soreness and prolong the effects of the massage which surprisingly I haven't had happen at other places I've received massages at. I love the incorporation of holistic practices into the massages like lighting palo santo at the beginning of the massage and that there's a focus placed on healing from the inside as well as the body.

The space is gorgeous, with the comfy couches in the lounge areas, the plants and crystals throughout each room, and the high ceilings and spacious massage rooms. Sometimes the environment can be loud with the creaking floorboards but it's never been an issue for me.

It's also very affordable compared to a lot of other massage studios in the area, I appreciate that there's no tiered pricing and the price you see on the website is what you pay unlike other spas that surprise you at check out.

“Betsy is seriously the BEST. I’ve been to quite a few salons and med spas around the Twin Cities, and nothing has come close to my experience with her. She was very honest with me and didn’t try to push me into getting more services than I needed, which was so refreshing. In the past, I’ve felt like other places were more focused on getting me to spend more and do more than I wanted—but that’s not the case with Betsy at all.

We did a really thorough consultation beforehand, and when I came back for Botox and injectables, she was so gentle and precise. I was honestly blown away by the results—everything looks so natural. She truly just enhanced my features instead of changing my face (which I’ve seen happen at other places). She did exactly what I was hoping for, but even better than I could have imagined.
