“Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Ruba, and she was amazing! I do not like walking into stores feeling pressured, especially with my social anxiety, and let me tell you, this girl was so friendly and down-to-earth. Not once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable.
Usually when an associate at any store asks me if I need help, I’ll say no, but I actually had a question and Ruba happened to be standing nearby, so I approached her. Instantly, I felt at ease. She completely understood what I was asking and knew all of the products in such great detail, but she was also so relatable. She understood exactly what I was looking to do with my hair and helped me come up with a whole cocktail of hair products to get my hair back to looking and feeling healthier.
She even took the time to explain everything to me step-by-step and tell me exactly what she would do. This girl could have told me they sold air that makes you live longer, and I probably would have bought it. 😂 She was THAT great!
