“I had been having vision issues that began with my pregnancy. I came to Crystal Vision Clinic at the suggestion of a friend and I am so glad I did. The facility itself is beautiful, welcoming, and clean. Everyone I spoke to greeted me with a smile. The technician (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) was friendly and explained the tests she was performing so I understood the process. Dr. Endres was so professional and personable. I was educated about every step of my exam and even got to see images of my retina! I didn't feel rushed at all and he really took the time to explain his findings and to answer all my questions. Kimberly helped me pick out my frames and suggested enhancements to prevent breakage (which is a necessity with a 9 month old!). All in all a 10/10 experience, I highly recommend Crystal Vision Clinic!“

“Huxley Optical is great, had good prices, good frames, but Clare makes the visits so enjoyable. She cheerfully will adjust your frames when needed. She can look at you and pull out one or two frames and know just what will work. I was there for an adjustment today (roughhousing with the grandson got my frames a little wonky) and she brought joy to my day. Clare is THE best!“

“Moss Optical has been my optician for many years. It is a family business and they are very knowledgable. They will fix your glasses for free if needed and their prices are reasonable. I used to work in downtown Mpls so it was a snap visiting them on the skyway. Now I work from home but it is still worth a trip in to see them (parking at Lasalle Plaza is free with a voucher they give you).“

“I had an emergency appointment scheduled for tomorrow (blind in one eye, sudden very unexpected issues in my "good" eye.) I received a call saying that the optometrist is was going see tomorrow isn't available so I'll need to reschedule. As a client for 10 years this insane. I would have gone to the ER or Urgent Care HOURS ago if I knew this was the case. I called and spoke with someone else who thankfully was able to squeeze me in at 3pm tomorrow, but please, please be wary of canceling appointments and the kindness and empathy you do when having to do so. I can't see, I'm scared, and I'm dealing with rudeness and cancelations. I've had good experiences with Southwest Eyecare for the most part, but this is the icing on my stressful, blind day.“
