Dr. Freed is fantastic! He answered every question I had and didn’t rush the appointment. He gave me resources, helped me switch contact brands, and made sure things went smoothly for me. He and everyone at this office are kind, empathetic caregivers—I wish I could find a primary doc like this.

I’ve ordered glasses and sunglasses from Southwest and I’m currently shopping for a new pair of frames. To be honest, shopping for the right frames can be overwhelming when it comes finding the right pair, but Josh makes this process smooth. He’s extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I have. He’s so welcoming and takes the extra time to make sure you are happy with your purchase! In a world where purchases are moving to online platforms, I will continue to order my frames in an office as long as I have the fantastic assistance of Opticians like Josh!

This was my first time in with this clinic and I have never been so impressed! From the moment I walked in, everyone welcomed me with open arms. The staff truly make the atmosphere so fun and relaxing - they are SO sweet!! I’ve been to plenty of eye doctors but Dr Freed made the experience so comfortable and easy. It was the best eye appointment I’ve had in 15 years - I actually had so much anxiety from previous doctors so I was astounded how amazing this visit was. Dr Freed walked me through everything he was doing, he was super personable and professional, and he really cared about me as a person and talked me through all of my options.
