We have been taking my daughter here since she was 3. The staff has greeted her by her first name every single time we walk in the door, with no prompting. The patience, attention to detail, and service we receive is second to none and we will never go somewhere else for her glasses.

I went in to check out some Moscot Lemtosh frames since Owl seems to be the only store in the area that carries them. The vibe was super chill, with no upselling or added pressure. I had a mask on and Chris, the co-owner, asked if I would be more comfortable if he put on one as well (I really appreciated that). I ended up buying more "adventurous" frames than I ever have before and I think it's because I felt so comfortable throughout the experience. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience when Owl was in St Paul and followed them to their Minneapolis store for new glasses. Ashley chose a pair of frames that were perfect. When I had a concern about the frame after I had them for a few days, she worked her magic and exchanged the original frame for one that met my expectations. Great customer service, my glasses fit, and it is so easy to focus even with a complicated prescription. It was worth the drive!
