I asked for a bid and told them I needed time to review it. I remembered that Menne's had been recommended to me a while back so I called. He lives a few blocks from mom, rearranged his schedule to come over, cleaned one part and it was working. He also told me that if the time comes that mom will need a new furnace, he can give us a much cheaper option. I teared up because I was so relieved that he helped us save $6-7,000. He's very friendly, and he's who I'm going to call when my 26 year old furnace or air conditioner goes out. Thanks so much for saving us!
