I told him what happened and he agreed to meet with the insurance adjuster that would show up that Thursday. He went up on the roof with her and let me know he would be there to take care of things for us. He kept in contact with me through the whole process, step by step. He never promised anything that they didn’t deliver. They were finished in a day and a half and cleaned up everything. The workers were very professional and courteous. “Steve was great to work with. He explained the options to fix my roof line and re-roof the house in a way where I felt confident that we were doing it the best way. I was worried that i wouldnt be able to afford the work that was needed but he worked with the inspector and insurance and they covered the whole thing! Just needed to pay the deductible. Doug framed out and fixed the roof line so it will shed snow and ice much better than the original design. It used to trap snow but now it won't. I was very impressed with his workmanship.
