Didn’t pressure us to sign anything while we took our time, did our research on roof colors, and visited some local examples of roofs his team has done. He also patched a damaged part of our roof, so that we wouldn’t get any further water damage while we decided on roof color. The roof looks great, and now has ridge vents. It has held up through all the recent storms. Dan also referred us to some other contractors who have done great work for us. Would recommend working with Dan and supporting his local business!“

“As an HOA board member, I am so grateful to have worked with Tim Farrand and Legacy Restoration on our townhome communities' roof replacement. Our board was guided through the entire process and given reasonable expectations and detailed timelines for the whole project. We were assured that our biggest decision was going to be color selection and that truly was the only decision the board was tasked with. When the project began, there was no shortage of communication which is key in any type of home project. Tim was never more than a phone call or email away if I had a question and Caleb (the project supervisor) was always available (onsite or via phone) should I or another resident need a question answered.
