I don't know what's going on with this company. We were working with Rachel and she was great. We signed a contract and put down a 50% deposit 3 months ago and now total silence. I'm getting automated text and phone responses when I try to contact them and NO ONE will call me back. It would appear I got scammed out of a significant amount of money.
