“We used Beds & Borders for a recent patio design and installation to replace an aging deck, and everything turned out great! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. They were cost competitive with other bids that we received, they worked with us to put together a great design for our back yard, and their crew did a great job with the installation. Andy checked in with us frequently to make sure things were going smoothly, and the crew were also great to deal with for minor questions and details. Very pleased with the results!Nov 2023 Update: After being pleased with our patio project, we hired Beds and Borders to replace a failing retaining wall and revamp our entire front yard landscaping. It was a much larger job than our patio, but once again everything went great, and we were very pleased with the resolution of a couple of issues that popped up during construction. “I have pre-paid for my 5 applications in advance and after the first application two weeks ago I am noticing both Dandilions and Crabgrass growing. I emailed about this and got no response. 2 days after the email with no response I called and explained to the person on the phone that I have dandilions and crabgrass growing. She stated that I am due for another appoitment in the next few weeks. I asked her so I should just leave the weeds as they are and she said yes because the next application will kill them. I find this very terrible customer service. I paid not to have weeds growing my yard and she says just leave them. I guess sending someone back out to correct their mistake is not a priority.***Update*** They called me back and apologized for the very general timeframe of when they will be back out. They stated they will be back out in the next two weeks and to let them know if the weeds continue“
