Our cat has a health issue that requires a daily medication, and the clinic always has been quick with our prescription requests. If a health concern has arose, they have been very clear and communicated our options. Communication during our cat’s dental procedure and our take home consultation were very timely and thorough. Our front desk and phone call experiences have all been positive as well. Their clinic is clean and has a nice selection of wellness products for purchase. Becky at the front desk was there to answer my questions when Molly was a baby. She is still there and watching my girl walk her final years! Love this place and highly recommend.“

“I'm not quite sure where to begin so I'll simply start with - THANK YOU. Dr. Davies, Dr. Michels, and Dr. Etoll helped us for years with our almost 20 year old cat, Sammy. They guided us through his Hyperthyroid condition and prescribed just the right medicines. Once, he went through a spell where he was pooping outside the litter box and they recommended a calming diffuser that did seem to help. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and compassion that all of the staff showed us over the years. I guarantee they gave us extra years with our Sammy. And although Sammy recently passed away, I will ALWAYS recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital to anyone I know and if (when) we get a new pet, we will certainly start right away with Crossroads again.
