I just wanted to say it thank you to all the staff that helped me with my baby girl Lil Momma's care in her transitioning over to a better place. You all were so compassionate and understanding I appreciate that so much. Thank you for explaining things to me in detail even though my brain wasn't comprehending because of my heartbreaking in losing my sweet girl. That was the hardest most painful decision that I've ever had to make in my life and I know I will have to make those decisions again that time comes from my other two but until then I will enjoy them and remember the good things and I know she's in a better place free of pain. Two hecktic in am when first opens I had to leave my dog has major anxiety so I did t even get her shots or anything to ill have to call n see if there's an alternative otherwise get an apt some where else cause this place is first come first serve

I brought my 1 year old dog, who is generally quite anxious, to Mission’s urgent care for a laceration caused by a dog bite. I got there at 7:30am to join the queue (waited in line for about 20-25 minutes; their staff checked in a couple of times to make sure those in line were stable) and was given an appointment time at 9:30am. Once we came back, it was about an hour until he was seen (which they communicated might happen ahead of time). During our wait, we were able to get records sent from our primary vet that indicated that he is fearful/dog reactive.
