They guided us through his Hyperthyroid condition and prescribed just the right medicines. Once, he went through a spell where he was pooping outside the litter box and they recommended a calming diffuser that did seem to help. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and compassion that all of the staff showed us over the years. I guarantee they gave us extra years with our Sammy. And although Sammy recently passed away, I will ALWAYS recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital to anyone I know and if (when) we get a new pet, we will certainly start right away with Crossroads again. “Dr. Taylor and her team are excellent caregivers to our feline family member! All are positive, professional and very thorough in their approach to care. Our cat has a health issue that requires a daily medication, and the clinic always has been quick with our prescription requests. If a health concern has arose, they have been very clear and communicated our options. Communication during our cat’s dental procedure and our take home consultation were very timely and thorough. Our front desk and phone call experiences have all been positive as well. Their clinic is clean and has a nice selection of wellness products for purchase. “I have been using this clinic for over 20 years. Their vets are always very caring, listen to your concerns and treat your pets as if they were their own. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and responsive. Across the multiple vets they have many specialties, so almost all health concerns can be handled in their own office.Update - My two new cats just went in for their first annual wellness checks and vaccine boosters. Within minutes of checking in, the office staff had us in a freshly cleaned exam room. The Veterinary Assistants that first stopped in to get our details and weights and temperatures on my cats were very friendly. Dr Foster was the vet that did the exams and gave the shots. As always he was great with my cats (they didn't even notice the injections) and he addressed one of my concerns very thoroughly. Thank you Southview Animal Hospital!“
