“We scheduled a no-obligation consult to assist in training our stubborn, yet very intelligent Australian Cattle Dog. I have to admit I was skeptical on the front end, until we met Ross. He arrived at our house well prepared, laid out various training options including literature for us to review after he left. At no time was there pressure or upselling services. We opted for in-house sessions. Ross was always prompt and professional. We had two sessions left in our package. We were happy with the results and Ross felt we had the proper tools to continue on our own. We were reimbursed for the remaining sessions. I wish we would have worked with them sooner. The training was broken down to show us what we are doing, why are we doing it and what the outcome we are looking for. Amazing company and staff. Highly recommended.”
