“Crossroads was recommended to us by a friend after a horrible experience at Prior Lake Vet. Crossroads Dr's are fabulous. We had a senior dog whose ear was gushing blood (a cyst had burst) We made 2 trips to Prior (our normal vet at the time) on the same day, because the bleeding wouldn't stop. When it started up a 3rd time, we called and they told us to go somewhere else. Long story short, we ended up at Crossroads and they were so wonderful! The Dr worked through her lunch hour on our girl. She ended up needing to be put to sleep, but the Dr was caring and showed so much empathy. She sat in the room with my husband for an hour talking and listening while he shared memories with her about our Pepper. They didn't hurry him out the door. They let him have all the time he needed. Everyone was so sweet and kind. The way a vet should be. We have found our new vet! Thank you so much, everyone!“

“I recently boarded my aging dog while on vacation. She was near end of life and needed additional care. The facility brought Ruby to Pet Crossing concerned she needed to be put down. Pet Crossing's doctor called me immediately, provided me her cell number, and worked with me for options to care for Ruby. Ultimately, Pet crossing took care of her all day and sent me numerous photos and videos showing she was doing very well until a friend could pick her up. They helped manage her pain and developed a plan for my friend so I could be with her at the end when I returned. Pet Crossing was extremely compassionate, went above and beyond with their communication, and I felt were reasonable with their fees.
