“My partner and I got our first puppy together. Because of the awesome reviews, we decided to come here for our first vet visit. We will definitely be coming back here again!! The staff were thorough and gave us lots of information. They made our pup feel safe and happy for his first vet visit and made us feel more prepared as dog owners! I would give this place 10 stars if I could.“

“This place is HEAVEN SENT, I have never encountered such fine group of people, every single staff members.my family and I had to face the harsh reality of having to put our doggie down ( Pinky ). Very rough time for our family. With that being said, this group made that experience as best it could possibly be, Dr. Stefan Knep took great care of us and our pup. He really has a heart of gold if you ask me. Couldn't believe how natural his concern was after what we had been through with other vets. He really helped a great deal and the staff were all wonderful and in sync. God put them here to do his work and they are definitely doing it in my opinion. ♥️“

“Wow, these guys BLEW ME AWAY. I've had guinea pigs for a few years and I've had to deal with a handful of vets and these guys were by far the best to work with. They truly cared about my little guy and were extremely honest and helpful. I felt like all of my concerns were taken seriously and addressed in the room. I feel confident bringing my piggy back for his upcoming procedure and with any future issues.“
“I have been bringing my dog to SLVC for 14 years….since she was a baby. Even though I have moved from Prior Lake I still make the 75 mile round trip to bring my Molly to see Dr.Zach. Becky at the front desk was there to answer my questions when Molly was a baby. She is still there and watching my girl walk her final years! Love this place and highly recommend.“
“I Love the way they care for my Angel. I have moved away from Shakopee but I still bring Angel there because of the quality of care they provide for my Dog. They are amazing. “I just wanted to say it thank you to all the staff that helped me with my baby girl Lil Momma's care in her transitioning over to a better place. You all were so compassionate and understanding I appreciate that so much. Thank you for explaining things to me in detail even though my brain wasn't comprehending because of my heartbreaking in losing my sweet girl. That was the hardest most painful decision that I've ever had to make in my life and I know I will have to make those decisions again that time comes from my other two but until then I will enjoy them and remember the good things and I know she's in a better place free of pain. So I just wanted to say thank you to the doctor and to the other staff that helped comfort me in that the painful decision .“
