“I have been a member for almost 4 years now and I would not have it any other way. The coaching is outstanding. In each workout the coach will take time as needed to explain any new movements while keeping the class at a good pace. From the newbies to the experienced, the programming is a good challenge but VERY adaptable to meet you where you are. I came from a big box gym and had no idea what I was doing. The gym is a great community that encourages you to have fun, dig in, and get great results.“

“Mvmt Lab has really changed how I workout. I love the environment and the workouts. Everyone is so nice and welcoming from Becci, the owner, to the trainers. Most of my workouts were with Eric coaching. Love his energy always pushing me to do more & making me realize I’m stronger than I think. Both Will & Eric took my weights away from me to give me heavier ones because “I was stronger than that!” They were correct, cannot argue with that. It was always something new everyday I stepped in there. If you don’t have a lot of time, it’s the perfect way to get an amazing workout in under an hour. A killer workout I must say. Everyone is in there with the same objective and focused on what they are doing. I thought I knew what working out was until I stepped into Mvmt Lab! I really recommend everyone to try them out. They are simply amazing! ??“

“Dominic is fantastic. When my daughter introduced us I was determined to get out of pain in my back knees and shoulders. He had this machine that he could fine where the pain was coming from and he worked on those areas. It was amazing. I have been pain free for over a year now. I can climb stairs without pain in my knees. I do the exercises he gave me every morning. If you suffer from any pain I recommend seeing him.“

“I worked with Justin on rehabbing my ankle. It was a bad basketball injury. Justin got me on the road to recovery a lot faster than I would otherwise have been. He helped identify and strengthen related muscle groups that made my ankle more prone to injury. Super knowledgeable and confident in his abilities.“

“Titanium Performance is built different! Tyler McCarthy is a difference maker and I am forever thankful for the experience he gave me in strength training. I trained at this gym for over a year and a half. The only reason I left was because work took me out of Minnesota. Prior to working out at Titanium Performance the gym was an intimidating place where I just never felt comfortable. In my time with Tyler he taught me countless lessons about strength training including how to keep my body safe while working towards my goals. He was aware of my limits each session and somehow kept me pushing those limits to expand them a little further each time to help me achieve what I was looking for. Looking back at my time with Titanium Performance, I have never been so proud of what I was able to accomplish and Tyler was the reason for that. Hands down, you will not be disappointed after a session with Tyler. I give the highest recommendation from my time with Titanium Performance. I now live in a metro area twice the size of MSP and I simply cannot find anything close to what Tyler gave me during my time there. You will not be disappointed!“

“Have been a member for about 2 months now and I am loving the classes, the community, and environment. Everyone is so welcoming, positive and helpful. I joined to get in shape and lose some weight, but I am loving the amazing members and positive energy the classes and coaches bring. Each coach brings a different energy and expertise, which is a huge positive for me. I love versatility . Every class is different, and I leave feeling more confident and stronger each class. “SHIFT has made a shift in my alignment. And I love the results!After only twenty sessions of myo-skeletal alignment therapy (MAT), the lateral curvature of my spine from scoliosis has straightened, strengthened, and stabilized considerably. Tammy Shaw-Sykes has extensive experience in MAT technique, but also uses breathwork and muscle rehabilitation to achieve significant results quickly.After only my first session, my swimming improved. With the muscles of my ribs loosened, my lungs took in more air, allowing me to add an extra length of the pool before needing to stop to catch my breath. My body cut a straighter track through the water and my realigned pelvis allowed both feet to kick stronger and more equally.During the first month of therapy, energy pathways began opening up. I hadn’t realized how the twist in my spine was negatively affecting how energy moved through my body, until I felt it move up my spine as muscles were releasing around the curvature in my spine during the session. I had practiced Ch‘i kung exercises in the past, and I recognized that it was chi energy opening my energy pathway – an interesting sensation and one that brought me joy each time it happened.These posture shifts can be felt.
