Paradise Property Services
“Paradise Property Services began servicing my residence in August 2024. My wife had been mowing our lawn since 2022 because I had some joint damage in one of my knees and a hip. Tragically while out on a walk with our dog my wife was pulled off balance by our dog in pursuit of a rabbit and she fell hitting her head on the concrete and she died as a result.
I reached out to a couple of lawn mowing services not sure if I could find a vender willing to take on a new client at the end of the season. In each case I explaining my circumstances. Cory got back to me immediately. He did not quote me a per week price but instead explained that he and Paradise would like to take care of my lawn for the remainder of the season at NO CHARGE. Needless to say it didn't take much in the days following my wife's death to tear up and Cory's humane gesture turned on the water works. None of the other companies offered to do the same and quite frankly I never would have expected such kindness. My life at this time was filled with a myriad of notifications to make, documents to find, a funeral to plan, and discovering what life looked like after my partner of 39 years was gone. Cory took something off of my plate. That's old school customer service, that's golden rule values, that's a business worth being loyal to.
I have used Cory for the last two seasons a paying customer and I have been extremely happy with his service including his response to a problem. I whole heartedly RECOMMEND Cory and Paradise Property Management. If you miss the days of companies caring about your satisfaction with their service, don't bother looking anywhere else.
