Lawn Ketchers runs a bobcat at 10:00 PM next to my residential property. Scraping debris from a crumbling parking lot (loud). Woke my daughter up. When approached about it they were outrageously disrespectful. They also push all their snow onto the neighboring lot / sidewalk every snowfall.

They did decent and competent work and I appreciated it always, but after initially good and quick communication, lately it seems that phone communication has started getting slow.It started last fall when it would take at least a few days to respond to phone calls, when before it would be the same day or next day at the latest.They have never missed a lawn cutting services they are very reliable, that is to be sure. However, getting quotes for additional work has proved to be slower for some reason.I left a few messages recently to get quotes for additional work and in the next day or two the calls have still not been returned.Thanks for the work you did, I do appreciate...read full review

So I've called these people for the last two years, they're just up the street from me, and they don't have the common courtesy to even return my call. If you don't need anymore business then you should advertise that but at least pick up your phone.
