I have been shopping at this family owned business since 1989 when I purchased my first Recar vacuum. They have always provided knowledgeable and friendly service. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a competitively priced quality vacuum.

Once upon a time, there were many places that would repair common household items from toasters to TV's. Today, if something breaks, the only choice is to throw it away and buy a new one. One of the few exceptions is Twin City Vacuum in Crystal, which repairs all kinds of vacuum cleaners. I have used them many times to repair everything from electric cords (they can even put a longer cord on the vacuum) to broken belts to issues with the motor. Twin City Vacuum is a great value because it's much cheaper to fix a vacuum than to buy a new one - often the new ones are of lower quality. What do you do when your Dyson or Hoover suddenly stops working....and it's quite new..????? Well, this happened to me and I brought in my Hoover and got an analysis....and I got a call back the next day, on what was the cause...and the repair that was needed and the cost.Very reasonable and fair, and awesome customer service. This was last year, and my Hoover has been very happy and doing an awesome job so far! I highly recommend Twin City Vacuum as a great Vacuum doctor to see if your vacuum gets out of sorts.
