My experience with the front desk staff and the doctor were very positive. They were kind and personable. The doctor was very calm and made me feel at ease. My issue with this clinic is the billing department. I have no problem paying my bill, but trying to get information out of them is like pulling teeth! And when I call, they act like I am an inconvenience. Really put a bad taste in my mouth after such a nice office visit.
Dr. Kaufman and Dr. Raines were absolutely incredible and caring for me during my pregnancy. We had many awesome providers through Fairview clinics with these two just took the cake and went above and beyond.
