HealthPartners Riverway Clinic Andover is a smaller clinic where doctors remember patients and their medical histories. The doctors and physician assistants are thorough, careful listeners who drive for results. The pediatricians are especially good. While waits can sometimes occur, the urgent care's "save your spot" feature is beneficial with accurate wait times. Staff are compassionate and professional, making it a highly recommended clinic and a good neighborhood urgent care.
Went for Urgent Care, was told there would be a 30 minute wait-not bad! My name was called as soon as I sat down-even better! Staff were kind, time efficient and ready to help. Even though this place is a 20 minute drive, it was still faster than any of the health partners urgent cares in my area by HOURS, including drive time!
Had such a good experience the two times I have been here with my granddaughter. All clinics make you wait. And many are 2 1/2 hr wait for urgent care. They got us in 5 minutes and were so thorough. Also can't rave enough about Goodrich pharmacy. Even though it was our first visit they made us feel like family. The pharmacist went out of his way to check on us and help us. I'm changing my clinic based on these two visits. Thank you Riverway.
Have always had good experiences here, especially with the pediatricians. Sure, we may have had to wait a little bit sometimes, but that is what you get with a smaller clinic. You also get doctors that remember you and your family and your medical histories. The urgent care "save your spot" has also been very beneficial and pretty accurate wait time.
