Horrible customer service. Rude staff at front desk. Forgot a water bottle at clinic and went back the next day to look for it. She wouldn’t even get up to check for it. I was just told it wasn’t there.

I would give zero stars if I could. They refuse to give me more than 3 month's of refills on a medication that I've been on for 20 years because I need to be seen. I could understand if they want me to do labs but why do I need to be seen? They say it's their policy. Well did that change? My previous HealthPartners clinic was once a year per condition not 4+ times a year! And it's thyroid medication, not a controlled substance. It's unethical to soak people for more co-pays. Plus, it's not just this medication, it's every one and they can't schedule an appointment to get all of my medications at once. don't even bother with an online check in it's a joke. receptionists probably broke HIPPA several times with the things they were saying loudly about patients in the waiting room during my 2 hour wait. I understand online check in not being exactly accurate, but it's 5pm and I had a time slot reserved for 3:30. Receptionists need to be reviewed lol.
