She has also done my kiddos eye brows (just a clean up) and was gentle and talked her through the whole process. HIGHLY recommend!!

This barber is incredible he makes you look good and when you look good you feel good he is nice and very very quick with your haircut it should not take 2 hours for a haircut and here it doesn't this is my regular go to barber now I waisted a lot of time and money at these other barbershop never again keep up the great job
Just visited this barber shop! Our barber was awesome. When approaching this barbershop some random lady walked up to us. We began conversating about what style I wanted for my son. I told her I wasn't sure of a specific type. Did they have example templates? She said no. So I stated. No problem! I'll look a few up. She was okay! I called her over to ask if there were any of the barbers that could suggest something good for him. She said I can cut his hair. I stated thank you but can we have a male barber? I apologized to her and said that it wasn't to degrade her. But, I'm from the old school way of doing things. Male cuts males hair, female does females hair. My son is twelve and it wasn't like she had an appropriate attire on to begin with. But that was truly the reason for my decision.
She acted as if she understood! And said you can ask any barber inside. I said thank you. And my husband went in to find one. That gentleman said he could do my son's hair. She then approaches the chair and began whispering to him. I kinda thought she was talking about the situation but wasn't sure so I let it go. Moving forward when we got in the car my son who is soft spoken told us she was telling the barber what happened but trying to make a big deal out of it. So, I told him next time tell me. We could have found somewhere else. But he proceeded to defend the barber and stared he said that he understood our decision. Which I respect. And will be bringing my son to him again.
Had she not have acted like a toddler throwing a fit over a preference. I could have told her that I had two daughters that I would have been interested in bringing in to her. But, she allowed her ignorance to prevail and showcase. And I'm straight!
Nice facility and beds. Friendly staff. Came in recently after a lengthy absence and the girls were very helpful, and not pushy with selling upgrades or lotions. This is the only salon in the area we like! Thank you!

Lilly did my nails and she did such an amazing job, pic shown is the American manicure, gel, with pink 10 on top! I absolutely recommend coming here and getting a pedicure as well it’s so fun the chairs are amazing and they do a really great job. Not to mention the ladies are fun to talk to and have some great music videos playing to watch. I’ll be here every three weeks for the rest of time, thanks again Lilly you were such a great person to meet!

Van was super nice. Great manicure and shellac. Tools came out of a sterilization bag so I knew they were sterilized.

My friend and I randomly decided yesterday that we were going to get piercings today so I did a little research and found AO INK. I reached out to them and got an immediate response, set our appointment for today. When we got there they immediately made it a welcoming atmosphere and environment. Aze checked us in and did our piercings, he was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough with everything from explaining the process to the after care. I've been going to Hoekwater for years and I will continue coming back. The staff is very friendly and takes the needed time to answer questions. I used to hate my teeth being cleaned but the hygienists here know how to get it done quickly and with minimal discomfort. I appreciate knowing a visit here usually takes less time than expected which is so helpful with a busy life! I usually see Karis or Thi, and love them! I saw Kim yesterday and she was great too. Very friendly and enjoyable to work with. The dentists are always very kind and will make suggestions for care that is not only beneficial for the patient but not always the costly method- which is awesome! They also have a great reputation in the area so referrals are easy! They have paid close attention to Covid protocols to keep staff and patients safe. You can tell their facility is very clean when you're there!

I have been a regular patient here for a while now. I originally started visiting when I twisted my lower back severely while taking care of a friend's dog. The doctor was able to get me in quickly, and after a couple of visits, I was able to move and sleep comfortably. I have been on a monthly maintenance visit program for a couple of years now. It has helped to keep me able to move around comfortably.

I spent time painting houses for a living, and I am now a delivery driver. For the past decade, I have often needed adjustments to stay healthy, and I have found relief after every appointment with Doctor Conrad. I have even known people who required more serious attention than me - people who have had dislocated ribs, for example. All of those folks say the same thing: Doctor Conrad knows what he's doing, and they feel better afterwards!
