This was the first time my kids had been to the office. Their experience was cleaning was pretty good, but the one thing that bothered me was the loud music in the office. I was in the waiting area, and it was loud heavy metal music playing. The kids said that the music was loud in the patient rooms as well. I've been in many other dentist offices and they usually have quieter music like instrumental or something like that.

I recently became a patient at B C Family Dental. I found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. The surroundings are pleasant and their equipment appears to be state of the art. My hygienist, Amanda, was thorough and explained the procedures to my satisfaction. Dr. Feldpausch performed the exam and and explained her diagnosis. Her demeanor was very friendly and professional. I was impressed with the care that I received and highly recommend this business.
I was able to get an appointment quickly. Everyone there was friendly and the appointment did not feel rushed, even though the staff were trying to make sure I was out on time for an appointment I had after. They were thorough and I felt they really cared about my health.
