This is my first puppy, and this vet was recommended to me. From my very first call, Cameron was so calm, patient, and incredibly kind, answering every single one of my questions. They reviewed my puppy’s paperwork beforehand and actually suggested rescheduling her appointment so she would be able to receive all of her vaccinations at the same time, rather than having to make an extra trip.

The staff here is incredible--detail oriented, responsive and empathetic. Dr. Privette explains things really well and lays out your options while giving you the space to make your own decisions. She's also very understanding about writing detailed medical notes for insurance. The front desk staff, Cameron, noticed on his own that we had an autoship coming up and remembered that we were moving, so texted us to check in! It's amazing to know that they were looking out for us during a time when we have so many moving pieces on our plate. I'm sad to be moving away from such a good practice!
My dog, Charlie, is a rescue with some issues. He actually bit the doctor. Dispite that, they were focused on helping Charlie. Getting his medical needs taken care of and being compassionate to his anxiety. They even referred me to an animal behaviorist. Highly professional, and they clearly care a whole lot about their patients. My doctor was Dr Jenison.
