“Awesome. I brought in my Dell desktop about 2 weeks ago, as the whole unit froze just a few minutes after startup. Steve did diagnostics and let me know a few hours later that my hard drive was the cause. He knew how upset I was about losing all my pictures, as well as documents. The next day, my computer was ready, and Steve was able to save everything and then load it on my new hard drive. My computer is like new now and operates better than it has for the past several years. I can not thank him enough. Steve certainly knows his stuff, and I felt the price was very reasonable. I would go back if anyone in our family had an issue with their computers. Thank you.“

“Jeff was recommended to us from the guys at Geek Squad after my laptop battery (or so I thought) died on me during the weekend. I am so thankful Geek Squad was honest and said we were better off seeing Jeff, because he upgraded my laptop for me. Jeff diagnosed my laptop issue was the motherboard, and fixed my issue by removing my old hard dive and upgrading me into a touch screen lenovo laptop! I had initially wanted a touch screen but didnt NEED one and wanted to save money, so when this problem happened, a good thing wound up happening.

Instead of waiting 3 weeks, I dropped my laptop off yesterday afternoon and by 3:30 pm next day I had a brand new laptop. You cant beat that.

He also gave us an incredible deal, for an upgrade of a computer. This laptop IS WAY FASTER than my old one. This has seriously changed the way I buy computers. Will continue to bring our computers here for any repairs, and recommend him to anyone.“
