Awesome. I brought in my Dell desktop about 2 weeks ago, as the whole unit froze just a few minutes after startup. Steve did diagnostics and let me know a few hours later that my hard drive was the cause. He knew how upset I was about losing all my pictures, as well as documents. The next day, my computer was ready, and Steve was able to save everything and then load it on my new hard drive. My computer is like new now and operates better than it has for the past several years. I can not thank him enough. Steve certainly knows his stuff, and I felt the price was very reasonable. I would go back if anyone in our family had an issue with their computers. Thank you.
I dropped off my laptop for what I thought was a simple screen repair, but afterwards it refused to power up and they didn’t charge me for the new screen. Excellent customer service and they apologized even though they did nothing wrong
Fantastic and fast service but most importantly amazing prices! 3 places quoted me $150-$200 for a simple thermal paste cleaning and reapplication. He did it for $55 and he even helped me out by cleaning the internals for me as well! I highly recommend and I will be going back soon to have my cpu fan replaced.
