“Jeff was recommended to us from the guys at Geek Squad after my laptop battery (or so I thought) died on me during the weekend. I am so thankful Geek Squad was honest and said we were better off seeing Jeff, because he upgraded my laptop for me. It wasn't actually a battery issue like we suspected, and we would've paid over 100 dollars if best buy serviced it, and it would've taken them 3 weeks to do so.
Jeff diagnosed my laptop issue was the motherboard, and fixed my issue by removing my old hard dive and upgrading me into a touch screen lenovo laptop! I had initially wanted a touch screen but didnt NEED one and wanted to save money, so when this problem happened, a good thing wound up happening.
Instead of waiting 3 weeks, I dropped my laptop off yesterday afternoon and by 3:30 pm next day I had a brand new laptop. You cant beat that.
He also gave us an incredible deal, for an upgrade of a computer. This laptop IS WAY FASTER than my old one. This has seriously changed the way I buy computers. Will continue to bring our computers here for any repairs, and recommend him to anyone.”
