Ray is THE best! After accidentally leaving my laptop in it's bag in my car overnight it would not turn on. Even after it warmed up still nothing. I called icomputers and Ray said bring it in. Within seconds he had it turned on again. We then proceeded to have a great conversation and through that conversation he asked questions which made me realize I needed to do more to protect the information on my laptop. Ray knows his craft and I can tell he stays up to date on new tech. This will be the only place I go to from now on in the future!!

There comes a time when your favorite PC suffers an "end-of-life" component failure that is unrepairable, and has to be sent to the computer graveyard, but not before taking it to the hospital to give it one last chance at being resurrected. Such was the case for me, when my trusty Dell XPS-420's mother board decided to fly south after 15 years of great service. In some ways, it's was like losing a trusted family member. I was having trouble setting up my new desktop computer build, brought it here and they got it going for me for free. The processor was not seating correctly due to bent pins, so I was able to buy a replacement for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for any first time PC builders, or computer repairs.
