Quick and well-done service! Mark communicated very well throughout the entire process and kept me updated every step of the way, including when the replacement screen was ordered, shipped, and ready for installation. He explained what was going on with my MacBook clearly, and the screen replacement was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend going to him if you need any repairs. 10/10!
Whenever I take my laptop to get serviced, I explain to Mark the issue, and he returns it with that issue solved, and a fully optimized laptop. He's always prompt with a reply and with returning my laptops. He's the only person I entrust with my equipment and he is affordable. Superior service ecery time!
Prompt, helpful, and took the time to explain what was done to my computer. Fair price and friendly! Willingly communicated with me even after I picked up my computer to help when I was concerned. If computer issues occur again here, I’d gladly take my device back to Mark.
