HP error code would not clear following HP’s directions. Mark said he’d take a look. Kept me updated throughout the process. Hard drive was no good. Replaced and returned quickly for a reasonable price! Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend. I see why the reviews were all 5 stars. I was experiencing irregular issues with my laptop and Mark was generous enough to have it fixed in one day! Not to mention, he’s very affordable. Thanks again, Mark.
