Our team had looked for a long time for I.T. support for our small business without the cost of having in-house IT support. Not only does Tilly's have fair pricing, but they have treated our small business like a big customer. Don and his team aided in a seamless transition from our previous I.T. provider and performed all critical updates that had been overlooked. They made all necessary security patches and installed antivirus on all of our devices. Don was even able to come in and correct issues with our security cameras and security DVR that several others have not been able to troubleshoot in the past!! Tilley's IT Solutions was able to service me the same day. He walked me through exactly what was happening with my computer and explained what he was doing. I recommend then for all you personal and business IT needs. Prompt, Professional, Friendly! Don is definitely my IT guy moving forward!
