“I went to Grand Lawn Cemetery to inquire about interning out father’s ashes in a burial plot he purchased many years ago. Alicia Porter assisted me and was very, very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained every detail and even gave me advise on military assistance as our father was a Navy Vet. I went out on the grounds to look at the plot as our mother is already buried in a plot next to our father’s. I couldn’t locate it so I called Ms. Porter for assistance. She dove out to meet me, showed me where the plots were and even cleaned up our mother’s burial plaque. She really went all out to help. She is wonderful!“

“My brother has been missing for over 5 years. Last Friday, I recieved a call from our hometown parish that our family attended in the 1970s-80s, informing me they found our brother. We have not lived there since 1984. The Lucas County Coroner put an ad in the Toledo Blade looking for family. The funeral home who buried our parents found the ad and we never asked to do this because we did not know where he was at. Today, my son and I went to Toledo Resurrection Cemetery and picked up his ashes. I learned Serenity took care of this on their own. We will now have peace knowing he is with us and will be buried on top of our parents grave in Tiffin, OH. I cannot thank you enough for what you did. Our family thanks you.“
