We held my father’s funeral here in 2003, my father-in-law’s 2 years ago, and my mother’s just 2 weeks ago. Each time we were highly satisfied with their services and their staff. Their staff was always congenial, helpful accommodating and professional.
Plenty of parking, easy to find with 3 locations, this one right on Ford Ave. Lobby is gorgeous, like the type you see at banquet halls with a winding staircase. Plenty of seating room & coat closet space, HUGE elevator, large viewing rooms with plenty of comfortable chairs ***LARGE SCREEN TV’s w/ USB & memory card slots, AND THEY WILL PUT YOUR PHOTOS ON A USB drive for you to put into the TV. Downstairs there is a kitchen and a lounge with some kitchen facilities which is VERY nice AND convenient. Only issue with that is that they don’t offer a service to pickup any food you want to order, and many of the delis & catering places don’t deliver on Sundays. 🤔
