They did an excellent job of taking care of our needs. They were very professional, showed compassion, and made a very stressful time more manageable. Very well done
We used Schrader-Howell Funeral Home in Plymouth, MI for my Mom’s funeral two weeks ago. Jeff and his staff were wonderful to work with. They were all very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Jeff was incredible to work with. He’s very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He had some excellent suggestions. Most importantly, he made a very difficult process much easier for me and my sisters. Thank you so much Jeff to you and your staff. When a death like my Mom’s was unexpected, it makes planning a funeral so much more hectic and stressful. You made this process so much easier than I could have ever imagined. The live stream video of her service was wonderful; especially for those who couldn’t make it to her funeral. The picture slideshow is beautiful as well. It’s comforting to know that we can always watch these on her obituary site.
