He came to my house to deal with the paperwork and happily came back that same day to pick my my Dads favorite Michigan hat, something he absolutely needed to have with him for cremation. I was on a tight timeline with being in Michigan before I had to travel home to Nevada. He made sure I had my Dads remains, with a permit, and his memorial flag for his military service before I left, I think it was a 4 days. He called me late on Sunday night on New Year’s Day to tell me my dad was in their possession once he was transferred to their care. He even found a local attorney to help me. I can’t say enough good things about this company, they are absolutely amazing!“
