“Rich was beyond respectful during this difficult time. He came to my house to deal with the paperwork and happily came back that same day to pick my my Dads favorite Michigan hat, something he absolutely needed to have with him for cremation. I was on a tight timeline with being in Michigan before I had to travel home to Nevada. He made sure I had my Dads remains, with a permit, and his memorial flag for his military service before I left, I think it was a 4 days. He called me late on Sunday night on New Year’s Day to tell me my dad was in their possession once he was transferred to their care. He even found a local attorney to help me. I can’t say enough good things about this company, they are absolutely amazing!“

The building itself is a very tidy and bright environment. It gives you a celebratory feeling unlike other dreary and somber funeral homes I visited. Beth Larabee was incredibly helpful and compassionate throughout the process. She was able to carefully work within our budget using no sales tactics, pressure, or upselling whatsoever. The communication was great and the service they provided was wonderful. Larry was also super helpful on the day of the funeral and the food and flowers they provided were fantastic.
