“My first (and certainly not last) was yesterday, 9/28/2021. I have been an America's Best customer for about 15 years. When I got a new job, they didn't except my insurance. My work referred me to SVS Vision, so I made an appt at the Plymouth location, which was only my first choice because they had a sooner appt, but I live much closer to Belleville. My first encounter, by phone, was with Lori. She was very pleasant and very helpful. Just when I thought it couldn't get better, I was immediately greeted when I entered the building by the gentlemen who check me in (I wish I would've caught his name). He was very nice and explained to me what I need to do to get things started. Then I was brought back by Dr. Adelman, who really knew his stuff, and he explained exactly what I needed to do for each part of the exam. It seemed much much more thorough than my past exams at AB. Even let me stop in the middle of my exam to take my 4 yr old son to the bathroom. Then, once the exam was complete, he took me out to Linda, who was as sweet as sweet can be! She helped guide me in the direction of the styles I might have been interested in. Starting with the goggles I needed for work, she helped me pick which ones she thought looked best on me. I decided to pick regular frames another day for my regular glasses. This is mainly because I had an appt for my son that piggybacked mine and I didn’t want to hold anyone up. While my 12 yr old son waited for the doc, she did some measurements on him that would normally happen at the end, but this made it easier for both of us and eliminated time spent at the end of the visit. Not to mention, I also had two toddlers with me who were ready to go home. (lol) She remembered that I mentioned that I lived closer to the Belleville location so she asked if I would want to pick up my goggles in Belleville. As for customer service, this was the icing on the cake. From beginning to end, I wouldn’t have changed any part of the whole experience. Sorry for such a long review, but it was ALL worth mentioning! It will be worth my trip to Plymouth every year! Thanks to SVS in Plymouth for the A+++ service, and keep up the good work!“
