Super easy appointment. Sadly my prescription is worse, but thats what happens with you dont wear your glasses. Paige was super nice helping me find a pair that fit my weird request. Intimidating but not too, and feminine but also masculine. I think we got it.
Paige was very helpful and sweet. She explained all the details of the billing and what our insurance paid and what was our responsibility. Dr. Patel was very thorough and personable. He explained everything concerning my eyes and gave me different options with contact lenses. He did not try to persuade me allowing me to decide on my own. I highly recommend this office.
What a wonderful first appointment experience. There was no dilation drops needed since they have a machine I’ve never seen before to scan the inner eye. Dr. Patel was a joy to work with and gave great info for my diabetic eye exam. I will definitely return yearly.
