About the eye gallery

I do recommend Dr Bulos. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and I love the atmosphere of the eye gallery. Unfortunately I’ve chosen to seek a new optometrist based upon my experience with the customer service staff here. I was referred to an agency by the eye gallery for lasik eye surgery but they gave me bad vibes because they called my phone daily like telemarketers. I called to have a referral sent elsewhere and was told twice that it would be sent and takes a couple days.. 2 weeks later, nothing. I called again and spoke to a young lady this time to request the referral again; she sent me a report of my last eye exam. I replied to the email asking if this was a referral or something else and go no reply. Come to find out from my lasik eye surgeon, I never needed a referral. Received a text today that I’m due for my annual exam so I was reluctant to give the eye gallery another chance. The man on the phone was rude, and told me that I had a few weeks before I could even be seen. I was completely fine with that but YALL sent the text today. Lol I didn’t comment. Anyway he put me on hold for a few mins and when he returned I told him I’d just contact another place. I’m not much of a complainer and I’m a little disappointed with my experiences with them lately, particularly with the man (or men?) that generally answer phone calls here.
I highly recommend the Eye Gallery! The exam was thorough, using the latest technology. Dr. Bulos explained everything clearly, step by step. It was the first time I was shown images of my own eyes at an eye exam, with a detailed description by Dr. Bulos of what he was seeing, what he expected to see, and the implications for my eye health. Everyone was friendly, warm and inviting, even amidst professional COVID precautions. It was my first visit to the Eye Gallery, and I was really happy with my experience.
Dr. Bulos is very thorough with all of the tests and explains everything clearly. I am very pleased with everything about his office.
