He was very patient with us as we were a bit undecided on the roofing color. His crew did an entire tear off and new roof (56 squares) in 2 days, including replacing several plywood sheets and rotted fascia boards. They also did siding work and gutters for us.

We have a lot of plants around the house and they managed to avoid damaging most of them. I quoted 3 other companies, did a lot of research on material cost and his prices are very fair. Most importantly he doesn't apply a zip code tax! Referring Swift to all my co-workers.“

A few days after I approved the estimate, Greg called and wanted to come out that day because rain was expected and I had a pretty good leak.
