Northshore Exteriors, LLC
“Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the roofing work recently completed at my home by NorthShore Exteriors. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The process began with Keelin who came to my home to provide the initial bid. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the project. His professionalism made a wonderful first impression and proved that he is a great asset to your company. When it came time for the installation, Thomas and his crew were exceptional. They worked quickly, maintained a highly professional environment, and were very courteous throughout the entire job. Thank you for providing such high quality service and employing such a fantastic team. I will certainly recommend NorthShore Exteriors to neighbors and friends in the future. Sincerely, William and Angela Schopieray”
Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Northwest Michigan
“These guys were amazing. We had an ice dam over the single bathroom in our 130+ year old farmhouse. We decided to go for it and remodel the bathroom while most of the walls, tub, and surround and tile floor were either torn out or busted.
Our son has autism and we wanted to keep his stress level at a minimum. The Paul Davis team pulled the job off without our ever having to leave the house, or be without a functioning bathroom for more than 12 hours.
They were great to work with and never once compromised quality in their workmanship. Every discussion I overheard was about how to make the bathroom look as good as possible - never about 'just getting it done' .
Terry, the supervisor, easy to talk with and has a great sense of humor. And Tobin, the guy who did most of the work, was amazing - and not afraid to disagree with us when we had a stupid idea. He had the difficult job of building a bathroom with straight, level lines and right angles into an old farm house that had long since settled. Beni, who did the stone tile work was incredible. Paul Davis put together an absolutely first rate team - the electrician, the plumber - all of them were great.”
