“Erich Stammers and crew (Floodman) have braved the cold, dampness, and cramped space as they have just finished encapsulating our crawl space in the Elk Rapids area.This Traverse City- based business visited, evaluated, and executed a major fix at ourhome. We were then e- mailed photos and video of pre and post crawl space environs.Because this work needed to be done in January, the ground was too hard to finish off connecting a new sump pump system to outside drainage, Erich has held off charging us yet for work to be done in the spring.We would not hesitate to persuade future customers to consider this company!Jan and John Biliti“

“A roof leak left my store, Toy Harbor, in need of renovations and remodeling. Jason and the Archer team stepped up to complete the renovations and handle the insurance claim.
