Erich Stammers and crew (Floodman) have braved the cold, dampness, and cramped space as they have just finished encapsulating our crawl space in the Elk Rapids area.This Traverse City- based business visited, evaluated, and executed a major fix at ourhome. We were then e- mailed photos and video of pre and post crawl space environs.Because this work needed to be done in January, the ground was too hard to finish off connecting a new sump pump system to outside drainage, Erich has held off charging us yet for work to be done in the spring.We would not hesitate to persuade future customers to consider this company!Jan and John Biliti
It's been a great experience dealing with this company from start to finish.They found I had a structural issue and they showed me their solution which worked out fantastic. For such a surreal experience as to have your basement flood after nearly fifty years of no problems, Floodman (Erich and his team) came in within two hours of calling them and had everything cut out and cleaned up in a matter of hours/days with lots of check ups, good humor, and professionalism. If you do happen to flood, Floodman is who you need to call. Yes, it was pricey, but peace of mind and a follow up months later are worth every penny. Dependable labor can be hard to come by in northern Michigan, and the working team and communication at Floodman were outstanding. Their recommendations for repairs were also amazing.
