“We called Heritage Wood Floors to restore 23-year-old pre-finished Brazilian cherry wood floors that had extreme sun damage and fading after hearing a great review from a neighbor who had recently used this company. We were not disappointed. Bill came out to assess our floors and said they could probably be brought back to 80% of what they had originally looked like. We were happy that he thought they could look that good again, as some places in the floor were very yellowed, while spaces under furniture and area rugs looked brand new. The discrepancy between spaces was dramatic. Bill worked within our tight time-frame to have the job completed, and Tim refinished our floors. He did an AMAZING job. The floors look better now than they did when we originally installed them. 80% recovery was way surpassed, and the floors now look brand new. We are thrilled. “We bought a 1920 farmhouse with original floors that look as if they've lived several difficult lives. Yet, they also look like they should be saved. After searching for refinishers, it was clear Josh stood above the rest. We asked him to assess and give us our options. We were pleasantly surprised when he said he could give them one last life - yay! We can't save the kitchen, but the remaining floors now have their next life thanks to Josh's expert sanding and finishing.

He removed years of patina off maple, beech, poplar(sometimes in the same room ?) and somehow made all three species look cohesive. We chose an invisible finish and really are so pleased. We're so glad they have more life to give.
