“We called Heritage Wood Floors to restore 23-year-old pre-finished Brazilian cherry wood floors that had extreme sun damage and fading after hearing a great review from a neighbor who had recently used this company. We were not disappointed. Bill came out to assess our floors and said they could probably be brought back to 80% of what they had originally looked like. We were happy that he thought they could look that good again, as some places in the floor were very yellowed, while spaces under furniture and area rugs looked brand new. The discrepancy between spaces was dramatic. Bill worked within our tight time-frame to have the job completed, and Tim refinished our floors. He did an AMAZING job. The floors look better now than they did when we originally installed them. 80% recovery was way surpassed, and the floors now look brand new. We are thrilled.
