We’ve now worked with Northern Reflections Construction & Restoration twice, and both times Jesse went above and beyond.
The first time was when we discovered a pin-sized hole in the interior spigot line. It had been leaking and we were terrified after spotting a small bit of mold starting to form. Jesse came over immediately, reassured us, and treated our home like it was his own. He coordinated everything including bringing in a plumber to replace the spigot and install a dedicated shut off so the hose line wouldn’t cause future issues during winter. I want to give a shout out to Northern Reflections! So happy with my new barn roof after ice storm damage, they were friendly, worked in cold snowy weather. Also worked with my Insurance Company. Great communication!
I was overall pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism of the crew. The project was completed in a timely manner (considering the the situation and storm) and the results met my expectations. The only drawback was a bit of communication issue, which caused some confusion. With that said the skill and of the crew doing the work was solid.
