Reaction Restoration provides exceptional service and professionalism. Their talented crew offers amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. They respond immediately to situations, discuss a plan, and set up equipment to handle problems like water damage and messes from home improvement projects. Friendly and personable staff, like Lisa, go above and beyond to deliver excellent results, making a stressful situation more manageable.
Reaction Restoration is the best of the best. We had significant damage in our home from a bad flood and another contractor left our home with mold growing everywhere and the job far from done. Reaction Restoration came in to fix what the other contractor had left behind and got our home cleaned to an extent I wasn’t sure was possible. If you’re ever in a crisis situation with water damage, these people are the only phone call you should make. They will take care of the problem honestly and fairly, and bring excellence and professionalism to the job.
Our vacation home in Glen Arbor was severely damaged during a storm in July. Water poured in via an egress window flooding our lower level. Although roads were blocked by down trees and power lines all across the county somehow Aaron and his crew were onsite within the hour of calling them. They brought fans, pumps and dehumidifiers to dry the area. Not only were they fast and efficient, they were all so incredibly friendly, professional and sympathetic to our situation. These guys were amazing! A tree crashed through one of the glass doors of our vacation unit and Luke and his team members worked hard to help us and countless others who had been affected by the storm. Luke was incredibly kind, down to earth, and meticulous. He made sure to thoroughly sweep our place to make sure every speck of shattered glass was cleaned up and he even gave my dad some materials to help cover our broken windshield. Thank you Reaction Restoration and thank you Luke for your help and kindness on a stressful day.
