“Brad was absolutely amazing! I am a nurse caring for a 100 year old hospice patient and the bathtubs and showers started backing up. Toilets wouldn’t flush. We called them and he showed up at 8pm at night, after driving an hour to Northville, and worked on it until 10pm on this 107 degree day. Unbelievable service and I could not be more thankful for his kindness and understanding during this time. A true gentleman and a huge heart for our situation. He was able to get everything cleared out and give the caregivers use of the toilets again. Again, highly recommended. The price was beyond fair as well.“

9/2025 Called Fred again due to same issue (older home) and am still absolutely happy with the service, honesty, price, and quick response. 2023 Called Fred on a Sunday to set up something Monday morning for our basement drain backing up. He was friendly, professional, prompt, knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. He came out and cleared our drain quickly for a more than reasonable price. Very thankful for him and would highly recommend him. We got his number from a family member who used him recently as well and was very happy with his service. We will only be using him for the future. “Tis my fault! I threw a bunch of egg noodles down my garbage disposal . My disposal threw them back at me along with a lot of water. We called Rooter Master and within an hour they were at our house, diagnosed a severely clogged drain and a leaking pipe.
