Friday afternoon, perfect time to have my tank back up. Called 3 tank company’s that have serviced me before. Nothing available until next week. 4th call was to Brads, also said early next week. When I explained I am within 24 hrs of it backing up into the house, the office called Brad and he agreed to get me done TODAY! Said it would be later, 6:00 pm. He called me at 5:45 and was here at 6:00. What a lucky break for me that I found Brad. He pumped out my tanks, flushed the tanks, and informed me that he thought there should be another section to the tank to be cleaned. I told him the last 3 never said anything about another section and never cleaned another section. He was adamant that there was so got out his shovel and started digging. 3ft later, low and behold a 2nd clean out that had never been opened and cleaned! Now it’s cleaned and flushed! My septic system could not be happier. Brad is an OUTSTANDING gentlemen and the BEST septic guy I have had in 30 years of living here. I could not recommend enough and he has a customer for life!
