This is where everything that they did became "amazing" in a very good way.Josh texted me that they were fully booked and couldn't help us, BUT he gave me a suggestion of who else to call AND offered that if I had trouble connecting with that referral to reach back out to him. Well, after about 75 minutes, I hadn't heard back from Josh's referral so I texted him back to "take him up on his offer". He immediately texted back with "give me a minute"...2 minutes later he texted me again and said he talked to another reputable plumber and found out he had time to help us out.Who does that?
