Our sewage lateral travels partially uphill before it reaches the city line and we had been dealing with plumbing backups for years. The pump has absolutely solved the problem. Our rep Jeff and the crew that came out with him were great to work with, they took the time to ensure we have a proper float and system alarm installed to red flag any electrical or system malfunctions. Did a fantastic job and completed the job in a single day. We'll be calling Merit next time we need a plumbing provider!“
